Return Process

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic components you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the smart curtains, motors, and remote controls in their original anti-static packaging to prevent damage to the sensitive electronic circuitry during transit.
- 3.Ship the Hardware
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the electronic functionality and condition of the returned units, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
